Enjoy!
I don't know why I didn't think to post this until now. Guess it's because the past few months have been so hectic and crazy. Awhile back, I wrote a guest article for my friend, Derek Davey's blog. If you missed it, you can read it here: http://nwogenalogy.blogspot.com/2013/08/civil-war-prisoners-of-war-not-always.html
Enjoy!

I'll be speaking in Urbana for the Champaign County Genealogical Society on September 26, 2013. The program will be So You Want to do Your Family History? and is about how to get started doing your family history. On September 26th, I'll be speaking for the Richland County Genealogical Society at the OGS Library. The topic will be Copus Hill: A Tragedy in Ohio History. I will be presenting the program for the Daughters of Union Civil War Veterans District Meeting on September 28th in Lima. Finding Eliza Jane will be the topic. Hope to see you at one of these events!
